The client is one of India's most promising liquor manufacturers. The ISO 22000:2005 Integrated Food Safety Management Systems & ISO 9001:2015 Certified company began operations in 2005. The company caters to civil, CSD and institutional markets in liquor, across India and overseas. A dynamic supply chain, established network and exemplary products have led to its impressive growth. The client is home to brands of repute, both in India and overseas. The company established Old Smuggler brand in India with its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and robust distribution channels.
Beside Old Smuggler Scotch Whisky and Rum, the client is proud of its quality in-house brands comprising of White & Blue, Golfer's Shot and White Hills, that are manufactured, bottled and marketed by the client.
The company is currently using an ERP from iSoft and they are facing a lot of support related issues. Also, the current software doesn’t have integration between various modules resulting in a lot of duplicate data entries and associated errors. They have opted for Payroll Mgmt. from a different vendor.
