They are the largest grocery distribution company under MBI Group and has a strategic partnership with Devland Cash & Carry with autonomous distribution subsidiaries located throughout sub-Saharan countries. (MBI Group is a privately-owned group of companies rooted in Zambia, whereas, Devland Cash and Carry is a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) wholesaler enterprise having more than 20 stores across South Africa.) The client’s continental offices are based in Lusaka-Zambia which are strategically located to provide services to all the nearby geographical regions. They are currently operating in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Malawi and are planning to expand their operations by opening new offices in Mozambique, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, and Nigeria.
The client had been using an accounting solution for the past 7 years to manage their operations. During these years, they had spent a lot of resources on customizing the software as per their needs.
