About the Client
The company have their operation in Lubumbashi with our customer, Group Hyper Psaro as their business partner. They were founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Zimbabwe. The company is a diversified conglomerate with interests in a number of sectors. The company is comprised of six silos and the group’s main business is in retail, milling, manufacturing, distribution and wholesale. Under the group’s umbrella are a number of fast food chains and supermarket outlets spread across several countries in Africa. The group has grown over the years through new ventures and acquisitions and has an employee base of approx. 8000. It is a focused group of light manufacturing businesses which produce a number of Zimbabwe’s iconic brands in the consumer staple and durable product space.
Pre-Implementation ScenarioThe company has been using ebizframe 7.4 since 2013 in 4 of their locations in Lubumbashi. This is their extension into Kinshasa and the same version of the software that was running in Lubumbashi shall be rolled out in Kinshasa. ebizframe will be implemented in 4 locations (Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, Creamee Inn, Galito’s and Central Kitchen). The competitor was GAAP POS Solution which runs in the client’s other locations.
